These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StoXswipe mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
StoXswipe is a tool that helps you discover stocks, view a portfolio aggregated across your connected brokerages, and submit your own buy and sell orders. StoXswipe is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice or recommendations. All investment decisions are your own.
Brokerage connections, market data, and order execution are provided through SnapTrade and your own connected brokerage. When you submit an order in the app, you instruct your brokerage (via SnapTrade) to place that order. Orders are user-initiated; StoXswipe does not trade on a discretionary or automated basis. Your brokerage is responsible for executing, clearing, and settling trades, and its own terms and pricing apply. Order previews (estimated price, cost, and fees) are estimates — the final price and fees are determined by your brokerage.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data or order previews will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoXswipe and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your brokerages at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
