We use your information to provide and operate the Service — to display your portfolio, show market data, place orders you initiate, secure your account, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not use your information to provide investment advice.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) SnapTrade and your connected brokerage, to provide brokerage connection and trade execution; (b) service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, and brokerage credentials are handled by SnapTrade's secure, encrypted connection rather than by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact).
You can disconnect any brokerage at any time within the app, which stops further data retrieval for that connection. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.
